NYFW 2016

It's the most wonderful time of the year! At least for me dear readers =)

That's right, I present to you all, the New York Fashoin Week 2016 blog post! *drum rolls*

What trends am I most excited to see? Well judging from the previous runways so far, here are a few that would make my fashion week:

Ruffles, tiers and layers. Because ever since Rihanna and Naomi Campbell rocked em, I can't get enough.

Broad shoulders made a brief appearance a few years ago and I desperately want to see which celebs are brave enough to wear them again.

Since emerald green won my heart on Keira Knightley in Atonement, I have loved it on clothing ever since. I am still looking for that signature piece in one of my fave colours.

See more trends like these from Elle's 2016 fashion report

I also really want  to see which designers will incorporate Pantone's colour of the year in their designs. And for those of you who don't know what that colour is, it is Rose quartz and serenity:

Now, if I could choose any shows to go to, here are the few that would top my list:
Altuzarra on Saturday 13th
Carolina Herrera on Monday 15th
Oscar de la Renta on Tuesday 16th and
Naeem Khan on Wednesday 17th

For those of you looking to score some tickets to a few good shows like myself, here are some great online dates available from Eventbrite-- I chose some that I would be interested in below! Also, if you're ever looking to host a fashion event of your own, no matter the size, Eventbrite has a ticketing section, even if the event if free!

Couture Fashion Week $50 - $1200
Mahiri Takai $0 - $1554.95

NYFW Charity with Open Bar Hosted by Miss World America $20 - $360

Have a happy NYFW everyone, can't wait to see all  the streetstyle and clothing.
